This commitment to raising a strong confident daughter began the moment I found out I was having a girl. What started in my belly grew into my heart, and now it’s reaching far beyond our home.
As a mom of five, an entrepreneur, and a lifelong cheerleader for women, I created Stronger Daughters to support mothers in raising confident girls who understand their worth, trust their voice, and lean into the gifts they were uniquely given.
Our girls deserve to step into adulthood already grounded in who they are and confident in the impact they can make. Stronger Daughters is here to help mothers guide that journey with intention, connection, and purpose, building a legacy that starts at home and grows with them.

Tap & Talk was created to help mothers and daughters have meaningful conversations without pressure, awkwardness, or waiting for the “perfect moment.”
These questions open the door to connection, reflection, and understanding, giving girls a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and ideas. This gives mothers a deeper window into who their daughter really is.
When girls are encouraged to express themselves at home, they learn early that their voice matters. Over time, these conversations build confidence, strengthen trust, and create a foundation where daughters feel seen, heard, and valued long before the world has a say.

The quiz is designed for you to take together, sparking conversations and helping both of you see patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed.
